Hi. I have a room available for rent on April . The room has a combo light/ceiling fan. The room is a ground level bedroom. The room has a polished granite and marble floor. The rent is $ per month; utilities are included, meaning PGandE and ATandT. The rent is due on the first of the month. The tenant will have cable tv in their room and there is wifi internet. The tenant will have use of the laundry facilities and kitchen. Parking would be on the street. The room is furnished. It has a side table and a lamp, a bed, and some shelves. The tenant will be sharing a bathroom with another tenant. The rent will be prorated for someone moving in after the first of the month. I'm not willing to rent to more than one person for this room. No pets. Also, this home is not friendly. Marijuana use will not be tolerated. No illegal drug use. No marijuana use. Also, no excessive alcohol use. No alcoholics. I need to have a tenant who has a car and a driver's license. Also, if you have less than $ a month in income, don't waste my time or your time by contacting me. I prefer to rent to someone who is employed, but I will accept someone on SSI or disability. I will not rent to anyone on section 8 or anyone who has a government voucher, or anyone who is receiving unemployment compensation. I'm a year old male and I work as a professor at some local colleges. I have one other tenant who is a retired engineer. There is a Savemart, Walgreens, CVS, Riteaid, and various restaurants and other shops and stores within a half mile from my house. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, and my house is on a cul-de-sac; so traffic is light. To live with me, you must love big dogs. I have Alaskan huskies. They are very friendly dogs.
