The room is medium size room with two windows. The room can fit about a queen/full size bed and a dresser with some space left over. The apartment has a shared walk in closet space. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are all shared spaces. The apartment utilities are all included (heat, electricity, water and internet). Living room isn't furnished because I recently moved in. Close to Providence College and Rhode Island College. Parking spot is available for one car. Looking for a quiet person who is nice and social but likes their own privacy. Besides the room, the house is a shared space and I want someone who will treat it as such. I'm a tidy person so l expect the same. One cat is alright but must keep litter clean and be responsible for their cats needs. Everyone of any gender or race is included. College students or younger people looking for an apartment are preferred.
