This newly-renovated East Somerville apartment has walkability to both Union Sq. And MBTA Stations (Union + Sullivan Sq). Our roommate is moving to NYC for a new job so we would be ideally looking to fill her place starting April 1st. We have a lovely view of Boston, residential street parking (there are always available spaces), and free in-unit laundry! We have the sweetest older cat and a bunny. We have 1 bathroom so please no couples. The landlord is a sweet guy who is aware of the amendment to the lease (yes you would have to sign onto the lease) and helps out with small repairs around the house as needed.
