Looking for clean, friendly, and reliable roommates. This is a town-house that will be a shared space. It has two bathrooms, one is a full bath that will be shared. It has a washer- dryer area also. Parking is free, either in the garage parking and will have access to garage remote. We do have a small backyard where it can be used to BBQ and sit outside on a summer day and chill. It is a quiet living area, the main-street is Mission and across is the hill for Cal State East Bay University. Very close to Hayward Bart stations, restaurants are fairly close by and convenient to grocery stores and gas stations.
