I have a spare room that will be available starting mid February. I am looking for someone who is willing to commit a year. The apartment is located in Koreatown, has a pool and fitness amenities. The room is unfurnished and has a separate private bathroom. You will have access to the kitchen and living room which is fully furnished. Laundry will be onsite as well. You will also get an assigned garage parking space. Although it is tandem parking, I just request that we leave our car keys out in the living room so we may move the cars ourselves, or we can communicate our schedules so we can move cars the night before accordingly. You will also get your own bathroom, which will be located right across your room. Rent is plus utilities which on average is around $ a month for internet, water, and electricity. I do require first months rent and a $ security deposit that will be returned upon move out. I don’t really care how your bathroom or bedroom looks as that is your own private space. I just ask that you are someone who will keep common spaces clean, make sure their dishes are cleaned after they use them, and just do their part to keep a clean home. I also do request that shoes not be worn around the house. I don’t mind if you have friends over as long as it’s communicated and they respect the common area.
