I have two furnished bedrooms available for rent with a shared full bath and access to gourmet kitchen. One bedroom has a king bed and the other has a queen, both are vacant. Both bedrooms have a desk for studying or working. Very fast internet! There is also a TV in both rooms. Bathroom is combo shower and tub and is private to you and one other person should I find a tenant for the other room. There is also a half bath you can use on the first floor. Beautiful, historic neighborhood close to Clark, WPI, Worcester State and bus stops. Off street parking in my driveway. Small dogs are accepted on a case by case basis, keep in mind we have one cat at home. My washing machine is currently broken, but I plan to replace it ASAP.
