I’m renting out the spare bedroom in the 2 bedroom apartment in Worcester. The room is spacious with 2 very large closets & windows, high ceilings, hardwood floor, it’s bright, and fully furnished. Currently I have a nice queen bed, a TV & TV stand & nightstand (all or some can be removed if needed.) The whole apartment is furnished and I have all possible kitchen & bathroom supplies necessary. There are hardwood floors throughout with the exception of tile in the kitchen, dinning room and bathroom. We have a washer and dryer in the unit, fridge, microwave, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric cooktop, heater, A/C unit for the summer, balcony, 2 entrances, 1 free parking spot in the back of the house. Located in a 2nd Floor walk up triple decker. The neighbors below & above are kind, respectful, all around phenomenal people. Unfortunately, and to my dismay they don’t allow pets which .
