Looking to share a townhouse or house. Why pay for a small apartment when I can share a house? Need to have decent income to go sign and good credit. I’m not looking to sub lease but for a house mate. Easy going but don’t like misleading or lying. Be straight forward and we can see if it will work. I’m ok with guests as long as you let me know and respect my space and that my daughter is in the house also. BBQs cool— all night drinking or partying not ok. Clean or pay for a housekeeper your choice. You have privacy and so do I. What’s yours is your to do with and what’s shared we can agree to communicate and decide together. My daughter does have play dates occasionally so if moms sharing a glass of wine and kids playing video games bothers you then your not a good match. If being a positive influence and good example or not your thing then we are not a good match! Momma bear 1st and foremost but I am “ the cool mom” to all my daughters friends. Easy going (mostly), caring, kind, fair, and funny. I love humor, pranks, crafts, diy, camping, outdoor activities, bbqs, a good game, movies, photography, and music to name a few of my favorite things. I’m also a great cook and like to share my master chef meals. 😉
