Looking for a FEMALE roommate to come live in our S ingle family home. Located in HOLLISTON! $ monthly - month lease - UTILITIES ARE NOT INCLUDED! (Range from $) 1 bedroom available upstairs on the second floor w/ a SHARED bathroom ( ONE other person ). There is NO PRIVATE ENTRANCE. My bedroom is downstairs that has a bathroom so I will never be upstairs. -Washer/dryer -Dishwasher -Parking spot -WI-FI -Fireplace -Oil Looking for someone on younger side (), works full time and is not that active. There are currently three people living in the house including myself (F - Amanda). One my boyfriend (M - Ted) and the other being his sister (F - Rae). We all work full time and are relatively low key, we work, come home, dinner/tv then get up and do it again lol. RAE IS A STATE TROOPER! THERE IS A CRUSER IN THE DRIVEWAY, WE ARE VERY SELECTIVE WITH WHO WE LET IN THE HOUSE!! Anyways….we don’t have people over often; Homebodies. Sometimes we cook dinner for each other, watch movies, maybe get some ice cream in the summer. We have a pond so that means pondy when the water freezes over! We are not perfect but we try to keep the house clean all the time (at least I do lol). Trade off taking the trash out, dishes and general upkeep of the house. You will have to shovel some n the winter. We do have two dogs, both black labs. One is named Guinness (yr) and Bean (3yrs), they are crazy men. Guinness barks a lot and it’s annoying but he’s sweet. We do also have 4 cats, they really like to invade your space but you’ll love them. The cats do go upstairs, it’s kinda like their safe place away from the dogs. THE DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED UPSTAIRS, they have NEVER been upstairs. We do have chickens and ducks. With all of that being said, we are declining anyone that has pets.
