Hiii My name's Jenny! I have an fully furnished room available for rent in Japantown with all utilities (PG&E, water, garbage, and internet) included and no deposit. It’s spacious, has lovely lighting, and of course, will be your own room. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are shared spaces— being that I'm also here. The apartment building has a laundry room on the first level for everyone in the complex. The neighbors are respectful, helpful, and kind, with everyone ensuring we close all doors and gates to the building for the safety and comfort of all the units. It's a great apartment complex with cool people and, while Japantown is already great, the surrounding neighborhoods are just as amazing and walkable. A little bit about me: I'm and currently studying media/tv/film. I spend a lot of time drawing and watching tv/movies—I also love music, and cooking/food—I also love a good park day, but I also love a good rainy day.
