2 bedroom townhouse renting out one of the bedrooms. It has its own private closet, shower and sink. Washer and dryer included. Initially renting month to month for first 3 months after 3rd month if you decide you would like to agree to 6 months sublease I will be open to that. I do have a dog, she is very well behaved and get along with all animals. I'am open to most animals but will have to meet them first before deciding. You will have access to gym and pool which is located directly behind the town house. First month and last months rent asked up front day 1, rent will be due 1st of the month. Electric internet and gas is split down the middle and there is no water bill.
