Hi, I have a room available in a nice gated community it's not including gas, electric, or Internet those are split up with the roommate. You will have one bedroom and one bath to yourself. There's a fitness center, a pool and Amazon hub for packages to be delivered safely. The area is close the freeway and stores. You will meet with the roommate to get to know each other and then we will talk to the landlord about having you take over my lease so I can leave.
