Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to share my home starting in April. Bedroom with bathroom in the hallway and garage spot included. Utilities would be split. A little about me… I’m a year old professional, I work from home a few days out of the week but work Monday thru Friday. I have a great pooch named Bella who gets along with anyone so I’m definitely open to other pets as long as they get along… there’s a huge fenced in yard and Bella would love a new friend! In my free time I like to hang out with Bella, play video games and watch tv/movies. I’m also 💨💚friendly and you don’t have to be but you do have to be ok with it. Utilities would be split. I'mlooking for someone that’s laid back that will respect and help maintain and enjoy the house! The photos are from the listing so it’s not furnished, I would have added more but it only let me add 6. Deposit would be one month’s rent and renting would be Subject to background check and application fee (to pay for background check). Looking for a 6 month lease to start.
