I am looking to rent a private bedroom with an attached bath in a newly built luxurious house in Pineville. A couple of miles from Carolina Place shopping mall. Charlotte International Airport and Charlotte downtown are only fifteen mins away. The community has 2 outdoor swimming pools. About me: I am a professional, full-time employed, single gay male, currently working from home due to the pandemic. I do not do drugs, do not party, rarely consume alcohol, and like the house peaceful. I am NOT looking for roommate-with-benefits. About yourself: You should be full-time employed, no pets, good credit history, good rental history, no criminal background, no drugs, no excessive alcohol, and no smoking on the property. You can have friends once in a while being mindful that this is not a party house. You should have something like a pm job where you are away for work. The attached pictures are of the house itself except for the furniture which I upgraded with high-end quality. If interested, please tell me about yourself, your occupation, hobbies, and the expected move-in date and duration. Prefer 6 months minimum and then month-to-month thereafter.
