Hi folks! :) I'm looking for someone to sublease my bedroom (note - only one bedroom is available, not both) from May through September . I live in Uptown in an apartment complex called Uptown -bedroom 2-bathroom - both rooms have walk-in closets. It's one of the cheapest apartments in an upscale apartment complex (which is why I'm happy I locked down on this deal). The apartment complex has two dog parks, rooftop + rooftop bar with bartenders, jacuzzi / spa (which is as big as the pool), steam, sauna, conference rooms, game room with pool/snooker, golf simulator lounge, massage room, coffee bar, and monthly social events organized by the Uptown office. There are also hospitality suites for guests (e.g. if your family is visiting) and EV charging stations. Lease for you will start on May and end in September . If you'd like to renew the lease in September , you'll have to find a new roommate since my current roommate will be moving out then.
