I have a four bedroom 2 bathroom home on the east end walking distance to everything you could pretty much want. I have a full gym. You would have your own level with private bedroom full bathroom and livingroom with gas fireplace and we would share the kitchen and laundry room. Or if you are someone that doesnt have a need for their own livingroom and bathroom I could move you upstairs and just charge you a couple hundred less each month. Then I'd move my workout room into the fireplace room perhaps and have my garage back for my car and tools and stop storing things at uhaul.
