Looking for a roommate in a large bath apartment. Available in late June but also willing to do a school term lease for a student. This building is brand new so we would be the very first people to live in this unit. Parking is free and there’s a garage stall included that we can share. I’m looking for a roommate who is very clean and respectful. No pets or smoking per the building rules.
