I am renting out two rooms on the lower level of my house. Downstairs I have a living room, laundry room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The only shared spaces would be the kitchen and the laundry room. There is a deck and fenced in backyard. I’m looking for someone that is very clean and responsible. No pets. The rent does not include bills which we would split (electric, gas, Wi-Fi) EACH ROOM IS $. No garage just street parking.
