Furnished upstairs room available in large, comfy Mississauga home. Location is near parks, trails, and Square One. There is a grocery store, shops, and restaurants a short walk away. Rent $ Available April 1 $ to hold the room. First plus last on move in day. Deposit is credited to the rent NOTE: THIS RENTAL IS FOR ONE PERSON ONLY. WE DO NOT HAVE ROOM IN THE HOUSE FOR COUPLES OR FAMILIES. There is transit very nearby, including a walk to the future Hurontario line, and a short bus ride or drive to three GO stations. The house is lovely with a front and back yard, back patio with grill and outdoor fireplace. The two rooms share an exclusive bathroom, and there is a full gym in the basement. Kitchen and living spaces are shared, and there are two refrigerators and storage space for kitchen essentials if needed, or you can share ours. Utilities are included including high speed internet and cable. Parking and additional storage are available and extra. The room is upstairs, large, with a queen-size bed, shelves, desk and closet. We have two friendly cats and can’t accommodate other pets. We are a friendly, laid-back couple who live in bedrooms and use the other as an office. There is one male roommate who is very friendly and respectful. We are all casually tidy with occasional clutter (mild) when we are very busy. I have a professional cleaner come once per month at no charge for the common areas. She can do your room also for a small additional fee. Roommates are required to participate in cleaning, yard work, taking trash out and snow removal.
