Looking for roommate(s) - two bedrooms available - one is smaller with a closet& the other is larger without a closet. One is currently being used as an office and the other as a spare room - they would get cleared out. All common areas are fully furnished - there’s one bathroom, kitchen & dining area, patio, side yard, & a BBQ. 2 parking spots + laundry in basement. Located near King & Parkdale, close to the Red Hill Pkwy as well as a short walk to the Red Hill Valley trail system. Metro, shoppers & pet store within walking distance. A bit about me - I’m a y/o woman & I currently work from home for a tech company. I like hiking, yoga, running, reading, gardening. I am sober, so would prefer roommates who aren’t big drinkers. There is a small dog who lives here named Mimi (the beige one in the photo) - I am open to other pets with discussion!
