Room fits a queen size bed in addition to other items. Unfurnished but happy to help furnish it if needed. Bonus is that you don't have to pay brokers fee as we already took care of that when we first moved in. My current roommate will be moving out to live with their partner and since I love this apartment so much would love to stay here. Looking for someone to sign the lease with me starting June 1!
