The Condominium is in a very nice, safe area with a pool, 5minute drive to downtown Brighton and a minute walk. Brighton is full of activities and night life. I am renting out one of the bedrooms for $+ utilities. Shared TV, kitchen, living room, patio and laundry room area (Washer and Dryer available). You'll have your own bathroom and share duties with the half bathroom on the main floor. Tenant’s income must be equal to or greater than times the rent, this is a lesson learned from my last roommate and I’m not going through that again. Proof of employment is required. (You must be actively employed) or international student. Single Person Room Only (1 person per room) No couples or kids. Background check needed. We also would ask for a couple of references rental/roommate. No felons please. Looking for clean, considerate roommate who is willing to follow weekly chores and household responsibilities. This condo lease is solely in my name, so the roommate will be an occupant, not a leaseholder. About me: I am a -year old with a full-time job. I’m introverted, keep to myself, stable and never have people in and out (I will expect the same). I do go out from time to time, but it is very seldom. I’m very close to my family and they come and visit me or I go and visit them. I’m a gamer and I like spending time with friends on line playing video games and pretty much every Friday and Saturday are long late nights playing with my friends, during the week I will be respectful of the time I play videos. I’m very laid back so I’m easy to talk. Rent is due on the 1st every month. Must provide your own food. I’ll have your own space in the fridge, and you would have a couple of cabinets for your dishes. Basement is off limits for now, more details later. I have cameras in all share areas for my protection and yours. No cameras in the bedrooms. You break something, you'll have to replace it. Looking for a quality roommate.
