Looking for a roommate to occupy my spare bedroom. Rent is $/month + utilities. Apartment is fully furnished with the exception of the bedroom. Must like cats and dogs - I have a cat and small dog, and sometimes watch my partners small dog as well. Not looking to add any additional pets. Looking for someone who does not work at home preferably, as I work from home standard office hours. Unit is a coach house. There is basement storage, washer/dryer in unit, tons of natural light, dishwasher. Room is small ( inches long and inches wide). Can hold a small desk, dresser, and double bed. No closet in room, but the spare closet is available to you. Serious inquiries only.
