I want to sublease my studio from March to Mid August at Wahu apartment (Open to subleasing from April or May but hopefully end in Mid August). Wahu is fully furnished, and it takes you less than minutes to arrive at the campus. Therefore, it is close to many restaurants like Chipotle, Blaze Pizza, and My Burger and grocery stores like Fresh Thyme. Wahu is also just a 2-minute walk to the stadium village station of the light rail, so you can go to lots of places like Walmart, Target, and Cub Foods very conveniently, even without a car. The current rent is dollars per month (including insurance), but I would love to pay an extra dollars if you can take the lease from March, April or May until Mid August. I can also leave lots of things I bought for you. BTW, you DO NOT need to pay the rent for August as I paid it at the beginning of my lease. If you are interested, please contact me!
