Hi! We're looking for a 4th roommate, preferably a student at UMN. There are 3 of us currently (all female-identifying), and all are going to be juniors next year. And we do have a cat! She is just 6 months old and very friendly. The unit is 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is just 2 blocks from the bus stop. The unit is recently renovated, with all brand-new appliances. Our move-in date is at the end of August and we have September month free for rent. There is a parking lot, as well as basement storage. The back door has a pin pad for entry and the front door is a key entry. Feel free to reach out!
