BLM & Land Back My roommate just bought a house, and is closing at the middle of December. Which leads to me needing a new roommate or roommates. The house is located in N MPLS in the McKinley neighborhood, right off & Dowling. Really easy access to downtown. The home is a with additional office. The 3rd bedroom is a guest room, and we both use the closet. There is a fenced in backyard and a 2 car garage. Currently, the rent split is $ my roommate pays, and I pay $. We each pay an extra $ for the pet rent. Internet/water/gas/electric bills paid separately. The lease goes until , and am currently planning to re-lease. The available area for rent is the entire 3rd floor, with a private bathroom and hallway. There is also a cool (“illegal”) roof deck too. My room is significantly smaller, and I have the shared restroom. Two scenarios I would like to replace my roommate: A single (1) person. An established couple that is willing to split rent in rds. About me: Originally from Austin, TX, been in the TCs since yrs old, I have 2 dogs, work in public health. I love to cook, plants, garden, walk/hike with my pups, biking, and watch shows/movies/TV (esp during winter). I do love my home to be a safe and restful/peaceful place. Keeping a clean home is important for me and my mental health. Although I do want the home to feel “lived in.” I love my dogs. So currently it is set up in a way that also accommodates them.
